All our products are manufactured using a manual and traditional production process. Therefore, each product is unique so variations and imperfections may apply and there may be differences from the pictures and samples.

This is not a manufacturing defect but simply a characteristic of the material.

Atelier Tourain has an internal control system that systematically checks and filters these deviations. These deviations are known and accepted by the customer.

We stand behind these artistic choices and do not accept returns related to these imperfections such as irregularities in brass, patina on metal surfaces, wood cracks and more.

Brass is a natural product and will continue to patina over time and depending on the use. The buyer is aware of these natural aspects of brass . Brass can be cleaned or refurbished again and again, as long as the correct materials are used or the correct professional carries out the work.
